[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Incorrect description for the InnovationBacklogAppURL environment variable

Describe the issue

The description for the InnovationBacklogAppURL environment is incorrect. The current text is:
the url of the main app for the innovation backlog. ready by that app in order to generate urls for email links

The text should begin with a upper case letter. Also, the text has grammatical errors and it is not clear what the text should be. This is causing confusion during setup.
