The CoE documentation is large and to go through each application and work out which group to share with means either having a really good memory or re-reading a lot of different sections.

A single document or list that notes all of the CoE/ALM applications and which groups they should be shared with. (Makers/ Admins)

Hello,

the CoE kit in the background uses a table called CoE solution Metadata where we store some of this information - you should be able to browse this table to get the info you need - filter the ObjectType to "contains App" and add the Persona column to the view and you'll see the intended persona for each app:

The new Setup Wizard experience that we've recently launched also shows tags for each of the apps on the intended persona, here's an example of the Environment Request management components:

We're an incredibly small team (there's just two of us looking after the documentation and development/testing etc.) and keeping documentation up to date in multiple places is difficult for us. We can try and structure our documentation better (I'll add that to our backlog) and in the meantime hopefully the above two things help.
