[ALM Accelerator - BUG]: Project Wizard - Add service connection keeps adding them

Describe the issue

On the Add Service Connection screen, if you select Add multiple times it keeps adding them below even if no configuration change has been made.

When I selected Next got this error message

If

• first add service connections without "share to all"
• then select "share to all" and select add again

it adds the service connection without share all first, then seems to fail when adding it again with the share all as it already exists
