From the office hours, answer:

• How shall we test a CoE upgrade? When we update we always update the "productive" CoE - any recommendation how to verify the update and new features?
• I have installed the CoE Kit and then added my own customizations to some of the apps, specially to the Admin View app. What's the recommended practice when I update to the new version, so that I do not lose my customizations?
• How to change the name from which the emails are sent via the CoE?
• Custom views in model-driven apps don't affect future updates? (unmanaged layer)
• What is the best way to modify the compliance process? If one does not need e.g. Business Justification etc.?
• It has no effect on updates if, for example, I add custom flows in the CoE in the Admin View app?
