We do have this in Updating the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit but I notice the article has some issues. Will use this as a documentation bug to fix up.

1. Testing strategy does not mention the environment variable.

2. Still references CC issues which can now be removed Updating the Audit Log solution
