Please, I had changed the ProductionEnvironment environment variable to no to not send anything while I was testing the modules, now we decided to remove this send block but now it is as if the modules are working normally and the counters are already changed. for example, the inactivity module, after removing the message sending block, sent a message to the makers' manager informing that they did not return to the first warning.

My question is, is there a way to reset all these module counters to start counting from now that I changed the ProductionEnvironment variable to Yes, to send it as if it were the first charge to the makers and only then charge the manager if the maker Do not answer ?

We do not have this coded but what you can do is delete all the objects from the Archive Approval table, and then write a quick flow to clear that field in all the apps/flows
