For the scope of Automated Install related features of the CoE Starter Kit provide documentation on the approach that is taken so that the core Coe Kit Team and users of the CoE Starter Kit can make use of Automated install of the CoE Starter kit to ensure successful install or upgrade.

By providing automated install it should address:

• The ability to test successful install and upgrade across multiple regions
• Verify correct operation of the Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse elements that make up the CoE Starter Kit
• The ability to be run as part of an automated CI/CD process to deploy the solution for milestone updates

Describe the solution you'd like

To meet these needs provide documentation that:

• Explains why and how Terraform is used to provision the required resources
• Use of Terraform to install and upgrade the CoE Starter Kit
• Create environments to install the CoE Starter Kit
• Import the Creator Kit
• Create connections
• Explain process to install and upgrade the Main module of the CoE Starter Kit
• Explain how the Power Apps Test Engine is used to support and validate the install process
• Roadmap of how the Automated Install process will be implemented
