Settings Page Navigation is Cumbersome

It took me a second to realize how to get back to the main settings page, as there's only the root breadcrumb to click on vs. a back button.

A lot of these pages only have a single item as well.

Think it'd be better if they were all groups/expanders on one single page instead of individual pages?

Extensions is the only one that may have a lot of content, but that could also be bubbled up above Settings in the Footer menu of the main navigation page since there's not a lot going on there either...?

Scenario

Hard to change settings and see what settings there are without many clicks in different faraway places.

We do have plans to use the NavigationView back button, which will help with navigation (#551).
We also have at least two more preferences to put under Preferences. There should be more under Extensions in the future as more extensions are created. Design is considering putting the content in "About" under the main settings page.
