Loading screen should display more detail about task progress.

Sometimes tasks take a while to execute and it would be nice if the loading screen could display progress updates every now and then.

I added the ability for tasks to send messages to the loading screen in #1386.

All the tasks should use this to offer granular progress updates.

Scenario

Long running tasks like making a dev drive, or installing a large application.
