run "winget search devhome" to see out of date version.
Latest updates of Windows with Dev home include version 0.1301.4770.0.
The Version on the Winget Repo is 0.1201.442.0.
Users should be able to run winget install devhome and get the latest version.
This is needed for a user to have a configuration file that correctly sets up their machine to the latest version.
Expected result
Expected version is
0.1301.4770.0.
Actual result
Old version 0.1201.442.0.
