Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Win + R
2. ms-devhome:add-apps-to-cart?WingetURIs="x-ms-winget://winget/Git.Git","x-ms-winget://winget/Microsoft.VisualStudioCode", "x-ms-winget://winget/JanDeDobbeleer.OhMyPosh"
3. Works properly, but some of the icons inside of the cart did not load

Expected result

Icons are properly rendered in the cart.

Actual result

Icons some times do not render in the cart.

Likely related to: #1206 Nvm, I just noticed from the screenshot it's unrelated.

@krschau, today Dev Home only support icons for apps in the recommended and restore applications sections. In the future we want to integrate the new WinGet Icon API so other applications can also benefit from having a non-generic icon.
