Clone path incorrect if cloning to a new dev drive in subsequent dialogs.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Use the account tab to clone a repository and do not clone to a new dev drive.
2. Re-open the repo tool. Go the account page. Select a repo different from the repo in step 1.
3. This time decide to clone it to a new repo (Thus making a new repo).
4. Click add.

Expected result

The clone path of the first repo should remain unchaged.

Actual result

Clone path of repo 1 is changed to the DevDrive (Just the UI is changed. Not clone location inside the code).
