Should detect the already cloned repos

That it can detect a cloned repo in a specific folder so it can manage it.

Scenario

When you open the clone repo window and you pick the folder, it detects that has a repo.

Maybe also sub-folder repo detection would be good.
So you can just add your Documents/Code folder/drive and it would detect repo's in sub-folders
