Filter out archived repositories in Clone Repositories dialog

When the Clone repositories dialog is opened for a GitHub account, all repositories that the user owns are displayed, including repositories that are archived.

In the example above, the martincostello/Crasher repository is archived.

Users are unlikely to be wanting to clone archived repositories, so filtering them out makes the list shorter when doing initial onboarding.
