Publish Dion to PyPI

Would you consider publishing versioned Dion releases to PyPI? This would let downstream projects declare dion as a standard dependency and publish their own packages to PyPI, which is difficult when Dion is installable only from GitHub.

It's a good idea which needs some effort. I'll look into it when I get some time.
