CapabilityStatement is missing id element

Describe the bug
When retrieving the server's CapabilityStatement from the /metadata endpoint, the returned resource does not contain an ID. While the id element is not mandatory, it is required in all but a few cases (see Logical ID).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fetch from the /metadata endpoint of a FHIR server.

Expected behavior
Resource contains the id element.

Actual behavior
Resource does not contain an id element.
