Inferno requires a R4 sample to pass Inferno test

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
provides a sample for STU3, however, the FHIR server also supports R4 and we need a 4 compliant, otherwise Inferno will not pass.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Info
2. Run Single Patient test (Step 5)
3. Fails

Expected behavior
Should pass the inferno test using the sample data

Hi @muthink, the sample data you linked is FHIR R4, however it's for US Core v3.1.1 not US Core 4.0.0. When using this dataset please choose US Core v3.1.1 in the inferno test suite. Can you try this or do you need to pass US Core vs 3.1.1

I don't believe we provide data to pass US Core 4.0.0. @EXPEkesheth - please weigh in.

We'd like a sample to pass R4. We are already did pass using the 3.1.1 sample. We'd like a sample that would pass R4 as well.

Adding @EXPEkesheth for the feature request.

The current sample passes US Core 3.1.1 (based on FHIR R4). Feature request is for US Core 4.0.0 (also based on FHIR R4).

Adding an extra screenshot from the HL7 website to help differentiate here.
