Support Bengali language translation

Hi team,

Thank you for the great work on this project! I would like to request the addition of translation support for the Bengali (বাংলা) language in the Generative AI for All repository.
Motivation

Motivation

Bengali is the 7th most spoken language in the world, with over 230 million native speakers. Adding support for Bengali will make the lessons more accessible and inclusive for users in Bangladesh, India, and other Bengali-speaking communities worldwide.

I'd be happy to contribute the translations myself. Please let me know:

• If there’s a specific file or format I should follow
• If any contributor or maintainer is available to mentor or guide me through the process

@saikat709 please make a update for Bengali to https://github.com/Azure/co-op-translator/blob/main/getting_started/supported-languages.md this way we will ensure languages translations are always upto date.
