[Bug]: GetProjectDetails is slow with larger numbers of image layers

Description

one thing that I've noticed during this Venezuela response is that GetProjectDetails starts to take a long time as the number of image layers increase. It is now at the point where it takes ~8 seconds for the "Train Model" dialog to popup from when you click the button, as it fires off that API call and waits for the response before it opens

Steps to Reproduce

Have a lot of ImageLayers then click the model train button

Expected Behavior

It to be near instant

Actual Behavior

It takes 8-10 seconds
