Fix workflow step to re-run PR checks #51
Description
Since all the libs take a dependency on abstractions, PR checks need to be re-run during the release on other libs to give time for the abstractions library to be released.
The Kiota bundle package takes a dependency on most of the other libs and needs to re-run the checks after the other libs are released.
An attempt was made at automating the re-run however it's currently failing
Current workaround: Manually re-running checks on the release PRs during review
