cmake build failure on Windows

According to the doc, we could use cmake to build msquic.

But when I using cmake -g, it says "unknown argument".

Yeah, Some version of cmake changed this a while back and the docs were neglected. To be fair though, the docs do have the following warning:

Please note that since using CMake directly is not the recommended way of building MsQuic, it's likely that these instructions may fall out of date more often than the Building with PowerShell ones.

If/when you see more of these, feel free to just send a PR updating the docs.
