QUIC_PARAM_CONN_SEND_BUFFERING seems not supported, at least the define is not found in sources.

Is using
Settings.SendBufferingEnabled = FALSE;
Settings.IsSet.SendBufferingEnabled = TRUE;
achieve the same?
