I work for EDU LMS Support, and I have a customer who has issues with Teams duplication post NEW integration setup



Accessing Team created by Classic Teams LTI leads to above attached error. Teams on O365 are duplicated as well.

Could help us check and troubleshoot on why there is a duplication and best course of action to take in order to resolve this?
Customer has below ask :
- Get rid Team duplication on OLD Course where Classic Teams LTI has been used.
- Verify on bulk enabling NEW LTI in 150+ Courses and enable Teams automatically.
