Fix accessibility: Replace text-blue-800 with theme-aware text-primary

- Changed fixed text-blue-800 class to text-primary font-medium hover:text-primary-focus
- Improves contrast ratio from 1.37:1 to proper theme-aware styling
- Ensures link visibility in both light and dark modes
- Uses DaisyUI semantic color classes for consistent theming
