On an RPI4 running the latest RPI4 image, onnxruntime pip package fails to load
To reproduce
uname -a
Linux raspberrypi 6.1.21-v8+ #1642 SMP PREEMPT Mon Apr 3 17:24:16 BST 2023 aarch64 GNU/Linux
onnx version is 1.17.0
pip install onnxruntime==1.21.0
Successfully installed onnxruntime-1.21.0
