Extra warning in GitHub action on linux runner #27268

Hello.
For 1.24.1 version there is extra warning for GitHub linux runner:

Urgency
Not urgent case, however, stderr is supposed to be for not normal cases.
Just ask - whether it can be fixed, or use python warnings (they can be suppressed).
Or it is an issue of github runners?
