The team only has very a few people and they are in many different time zones. So, when some of them are on vacation it can be difficult to find a person from the list to review yaml file changes. Therefore I suggest removing this restriction.

Perhaps more people can be added to that list? The pipeline changes must be reviewed by someone in the ES team. |
