I'd like to humbly request a python-like range function that takes a start, end, and step function to generate values so I don't have to type out 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ...100.
e.g.
range(1, 3, +1) => 1, 2, 3
range(1.0, 3.0, +1.0) => 1.0, 2.0, 3.0
range(2, 32, **2) => 2, 4, 8, 16, 32
