[QUESTION]: Small size of trace screenshot preview on timeline

Hi guys,
Im heavily dependant on screenshots in trace file timeline. From 1.38.0 these are super small and not helpful anymore.

this is the size of preview in 1.38.0:

And this from 1.36.0:

Is there a way to enlarge this preview in 1.38.0?

@pliszkaco DOM snapshots should contain all the same information as the screencast, and are easily zoomable and inspectable.

Why doesn't DOM snapshot work for you instead?

Hey @aslushnikov, thank you for the answer. There are actually two reasons why I cant rely on DOM snapshots

1. It happened for me multiple times that errors like this on example screenshot were popping during wait time for action to finish and DOM snapshot was not created at this particular moment (in short errors were not visible on DOM snapshots). Many times these were errors happening in WebSockets that we cannot check on trace file.

2. For some reason my DOM snapshots don't contain CSS which makes them unreadable :( I meant to write another case for this topic but didn't gather proper trace file to share. Here is a screenshot thought (its not specific to 1.38.0 it was like this before)

I just updated to latest (1.38.0) in order to have #23839 fixed and I noticed that as well . I find the decreased size of the images in the timeline view as unexpected as well. I don't have strong reasons why, but in any case the size is too small to notice anything properly.
I don't understand why it was necessary to change the size to one that is not convenient to the user; yes, the DOM snapshots contain all the info, but if we are going to have the timeline preview as well, why make it less user-friendly than it was?

I had to revert pw version back for now. Any chance this will be changed?

I reverted to 1.37.1 because of this as well.

@pliszkaco this is THE bug that has to be addressed then; could you please help us reproduce & debug it?

Hi, yes I created this issue for it today:

However I would also say that timeline snapshots helped me a lot numerous times while debugging an issue. So if possible it would be great to at least have an option to enlarge them :)
