[Feature] Conditionally style duration base on units

In a test with multiple steps I was recently confused: how can a bunch of milliseconds total 1.5min and cause the test time out.

Scanning up and down the list, the change from milliseconds to seconds was not immediately apparent - they all look like small digits to me:

It would be great if we could style anything taking over 1 second (or some other limit of our choosing) in red so the things taking all the time can be easily spotted.
