[Bug]: UI Mode sidebar dropdown has wrong colors in dark mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter dark mode
2. Put the UI Mode/trace viewer controls in sidebar mode
3. Click on the dropdown at the top
4. Notice that the dropdown colors are washed out

Expected behavior

The text should be fully visible and accessible in dark mode.
