Not able to Review and Add Zip File

I’m encountering an issue where, after clicking on "New" and selecting "Review," I upload a ZIP file of my application. However, upon submission, the application does not appear in the dashboard for review. Additionally, the dashboard is not displaying all my solutions or apps for review. Could you please assist me with this?
