Milestones occasionally lose color configuration

I’ve observed an intermittent issue where milestones lose their configured color, even though the milestone name has not changed. This behavior is not 100% reproducible, but it occurs occasionally after data refresh (desktop and app.powerbi.com).

Is this maybe related to #494 @bobalive?
Either way: a fix would be welcome 🙂
