PeoplePicker.OnSelect RemoveIf

1- How can I remove the record on select with RemoveIf based on the below scenario?

PeoplePicker.Items:
AddColumns(Filter(...), ...) ---> Predefined Selection directly from Dataverse Table

PeoplePicker.OnSearch:

ClearCollect(
    UserCollection,
    AddColumns(
        Filter(
            ...
        ),
       ...
    )
)

PeoplePicker.Suggestions_Items:

Search(
    UserCollection,
    Self.SearchText,
    ...
)

2- I get an error on (PeoplePicker.Items) Using the same formula and working fine on (PeoplePicker.Suggestions_Items) Any advice
