[BUG]: missing Accessible labels and other properties in Library components

The Power CAT Component Library has components like "Panel" and "Dialog" which seems to miss "Accessible Labels".
When I use these components in my custom Page and then run the "Power CAT Review Tool" it complains about missing Accessible Labels which belong to these components.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Include a component from Power CAT Component Library in your Canvas App or Custom Page.
2. Run "Review Tool" in "Power CAT Tools
3. Evaluate the results

Expected behavior
Components of this library should not cause issues when running Review Tool.
