Describe the bug

Toolbox categories do not open when tapped for a second time, unless another category is opened between.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta#editor
2. Tap on Loops category
3. Add a loop to project
4. Tap on Loops category
5. See error

Expected behavior
Last category will open again when tapped, without opening another category
