IQuantumMachine does not support cancellation tokens for async methods #919

Please describe what you would like the maintenance work to be.
The IQuantumMachine interface does not expose any methods which allow for passing cancellation tokens, such that the task returned by SubmitAsync cannot be interrupted or cancelled.
