[Fabric] Microsoft.UI.Composition lacks the necessary APIs to bind video content to composition visuals

I have tried several approaches, but so far failed to find a way. I have looked at:

1. Direct swapchain binding via ICompositorInterop::CreateCompositionSurfaceForSwapChain but the Interface not available (E_NOINTERFACE)
2. CompositionGraphicsDevice creation via multiple methods but methods unavailable in API
3. CompositionDrawingSurface creation for manual frame copying needs CompositionGraphicsDevice

I am able to do this with Paper architecture, but I don't think it is a good idea to build a new app off of the old architecture since it will be deprecated in the future.

Any insights into alternative approaches or future plans/roadmap would be appreciated.
