Document Level Wise Access control

basically my requirement is to give users access to the answers based on the documents they have access on. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/how-to/on-your-data-configuration#document-level-access-control
i am following this document. i did create sharepoint security groups and indexes including meta data from the sharepoint document repository.

"Web app

If you are using a published web app, you need to redeploy it to upgrade to the latest version. The latest version of the web app includes the ability to retrieve the groups of the logged in user's Microsoft Entra account, cache it, and include the group IDs in each API request."

i tried this again and again re-deploying but seems like it is not working any suggestions why? or if anybody has done this? please help me
