Deploy to Azure Container Registry (Docker)

Hello,

Is anyone able to offer any pointers how to successfully deploy this repo to a docker image, push to a Azure Container Registry then pull to a App Service? I've followed the process, built the image and pushed to Azure Container Image and then pulled the image into an App Service however it fails to load successfully.

I'm attempting to update the application following the Icon issue but unfortunately I don't have the original local repo/code used to build the image and push to the Azure Container Registry in the first instance.
