Hello, Is it possible to change the message when information cannot be retrieved from the source data, either through the App source code or through Azure OpenAI? For example updating "The requested information is not available in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic." to "The requested information is not available in the retrieved data. Please refer to the Intranet or contact [email protected].". |

In case it helps anyone else I've managed to somewhat reliably resolve this using a custom System Message. Here's an example:
If the required information cannot be found or if the task falls outside the scope of the supplied data:
- Respond with: "The requested information is not found in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic. Alternatively refer to the XXXXX intranet for further guidance."
Do not deviate from this standard when handling missing information.
