VSCode MCP Server: search_symbol tool not found

hi I'm using Claude Desktop, and the search_symbol tool does not seem to be available. explicitly asking for claude to use the search_symbol tool also fails.

Running the latest VSCode extension: semanticworkbenchteam.mcp-server-vscode Version 0.0.9
