Terminal crashes taking all processes attached with it if it loses gpu context #11319

Description

Windows Terminal version (or Windows build number)

Windows 11 10.0.22458.0, Terminal Preview 1.11.2421.0

Other Software

AMD GPU Drivers, possibly others but dont have any to test

Steps to reproduce

Have Terminal doing things in the background involving a process that constantly writes to the terminal, like rclone or something else with verbose output
Trigger a gpu driver crash and let it recover

Expected Behavior

Terminal to survive gpu context loss at least in a minimal way allowing the user to stop work safely and recover if necessary

Actual Behavior

Terminal will appear after recovery with a frame and nothing but white as the window contents followed shortly by crashing completely. Any running processes in the terminal windows will die shortly after
