Windows Terminal Azure cloud shell error: IXMLHttpRequest2Callback::OnError: -2146697205: The operation was timed out. [process exited with code 1]

I have suddenly started receiving this error:
"IXMLHttpRequest2Callback::OnError: -2146697205: The operation was timed out.

[process exited with code 1]"

When signing into the Azure Cloud Shell in Windows Terminal. Eventually it can be possible to get in but I am informed my session is ephemeral.

I am using: Windows Terminal
Version: 1.11.2921.0
