Expected Behavior

Actions Edit Window name should be descriptive so that Screen Reader users will be able to know that they are currently inside Actions Edit Window.
i.e. If user activate 'Edit' button of Copy Text actions, then Screen Reader should announce 'Copy Text 1 of 64 Ctrl + C Edit mode/Window'

Actual Behavior

Actions Edit Window name is not descriptive as Screen Reader is announcing same info for 'Edit' Action view as for non-edit Actions view.

Note Issue: Same issue repro for 'Add New Action' pop-up window as Screen reader is only announcing 'Break into the debugger 1 of 67'
