Accessibility is beeing sometimes lost when opening a new windows terminal window

tested with screenreader nvda 2023.1 release and latest snapshot versions

Steps to reproduce

Open windows terminal window;
try to enter some characters and navigate through them with arrow keys or NVDA's move by lines numpat7 and numpad9

Expected Behavior

NVDA should read contents as expected

Actual Behavior

sometimes nvda is not able to read contents of a windows terminal and it is needed to close and open window multiple times to restore accessibility functionality. When accessibility is lost, nvda says only word pane
