Open windows from a previous session should ignore Quake window when its the last window open

Steps to reproduce

• Have few tabs open in Terminal
• Open a Quake window using Win+`
• Hide the Quake window using Win+`
• Close the terminal from step 1
• Re-open terminal

Expected Behavior

• Now the expectation is that after re-opening the terminal in last step it should restore the tabs we had open.

Actual Behavior

• But since Quake window was still open in background, the tabs does not get restored and instead terminal launches with default profile tab

I tried to reproduce the bug, at step 4 while trying to close the first terminal it asks for confirmation as "Do you want to close all tab", and same thing happens in while not opening the Quake window. So what is the issue

Thanks for filing! Good catch. We should be able to have special handling for the Quake window in the WindowEmperor.

@sarbeshkc The issue is Termianl tabs dont get restored (from previous session that you closed) if Quake window was in the background. If there was no Quake window open the tabs would get restored as expected
