AWS RDS instance limitations

Thank you for this fantastic, stored procedure. This is not an issue with the stored procedure itself but is there a work around for the limitations on AWS to be able to use the stored procedure on an Amazon RDS instance. Getting this error when testing:
Error 229 has occurred. Message: The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'dm_db_stats_properties_internal', database 'mssqlsystemresource', schema 'sys'
