I believe this is a bug. I dug into it a bit more and the contents are not emitted properly when overloads are used. Here's another Playground Link that shows the contents emitted correctly for the operation without overloads, and incorrectly for the operation with overloads.

I suspect it's due to the overloaded operation not having the @multipartBody decorator on the body param.

It looks like this actually works correctly if sharedRoutes are used instead of overloads:

Actually the output for requestBody looks a lot better than when using overloads - overloads causes each requestBody content to reference each overloads' body via anyOf, vs sharedRoutes doing the right thing.
