Can we still download msys2-mingw-w64-x86_64-pkgconf-1~2.1.0-1-any to support my application?

pkgconf 2.1.0. Why do you want this particular msys2 package? Are you stuck on an old baseline?

msys2 removes packages app. 1.5 years after an update. vcpkg replaced the pkgconf 2.1.0 download in #39088 23 months ago. There is hardly an alternative to either follow the updates (in scripts/cmake/vcpkg_acquire_msys.cmake), or to reliable cache the assets.

Yes, i was stuck on an old baselilne, as it was specified by the from the vcpkg.json file under manifest mode, there is a heap of old dependencies rely on that.

I think we need to either find a place to download that specific version pkgconf, or we need to find a way to work with the newer version, but even when we change the version on the pkgconf json file to a newer version, since the database on the "older commit hash" vcpkg has only the version "pkgconf 2.1.0" and that is actually causing the conflict between the two, any suggestions?
